Hitlock B 18L Bolt Joint Surface Treatment Agent 153581

Hitlock B 18L Bolt Joint Surface Treatment Agent 153581 Ichinen Chemicals

Hitlock B Bolt Joint Surface Treatment Agent by Ichinen Chemicals 153581 Hitlock B is a joint surface treatment agent applied to the joint surfaces of high-strength bolt connections in construction structures, promoting rust formation and stabilizing the rust that occurs. Currently, the joining of high-strength bolts is specified in the JASS-6 standard specifications for construction work and steel frame construction policies, which require the removal of mill scale from the joint surfaces and confirmation of red rust formation. Typically, such rust formation occurs when steel materials with the mill scale removed are left outdoors for an extended period; however, with the dramatically shortened construction periods in civil engineering and building sectors, the occurrence of rust is often influenced by geographical or meteorological conditions, frequently leading to extensions of construction timelines. For this reason, treatment agents that artificially promote rust generation are used, but depending on the type and application method of the treatment agent, there may be insufficient rust formation, excessive rust generation, or concerns about ongoing corrosion even after tightening, leaving practical issues unresolved. Hitlock B ensures that rust formation is reliably observed within a few hours of application to the joint surface, and the generated rust is stabilized, eliminating the risk of excessive corrosion progression.

Why is plastic called synthetic resin?

Why is plastic called synthetic resin? An introduction in a column!

Originally, resin refers to natural substances extracted from plants. However, artificially manufactured plastics are called synthetic resins, and products made from plastics are referred to as resin products. Why are plastics, which consist of polymer compounds that are not resins, called "synthetic resins"? It starts with addressing the issues associated with natural resins. *For more details on the column, you can view it through the related links. Please feel free to contact us for more information.*

Transparent casting resin ER-900×EH-10 <Sample available>

This is a transparent casting resin that can be used for resin tables and similar applications. It is resistant to discoloration from ultraviolet light and generates little heat, making it suitable for large castings.

This is a transparent casting resin that can be used for resin tables and similar applications. It is a two-component mixing type, and by mixing the main agent and hardener according to the specified ratio, it can cure without the need for special equipment. The reaction progresses slowly, resulting in low heat generation, and due to the properties of epoxy resin, it has minimal shrinkage during curing. It is designed to counteract discoloration (yellowing) due to ultraviolet light, allowing it to maintain its color for an extended period. It is easy to color, and adding a light blue tint will help maintain a beautiful color for a longer time. It is designed to have low viscosity, making stirring and degassing easy. Its ultra-low viscosity provides good degassing properties even with natural degassing. If bubbles remain, increasing the liquid temperature using methods such as a water bath can further enhance the degassing properties. Bubbles floating on the surface can be eliminated by warming them with a hairdryer or similar device. If you have a vacuum degassing machine, it should be easy to remove bubbles. If bubbles are coming from porous inclusions like wood, applying resin to the surface of the inclusions beforehand can seal them and prevent bubble formation.

Recycled synthetic resin "Recovered PVA"

Currently using PVA, we are looking for affordable and SDGs-conscious products! Monthly orders can also be supplied.

Our company collects and dries wastewater from factories in Japan to produce PVA, which we sell as a raw material for various products. We have a proven track record of using it in adhesives for paper bags, glues for air fresheners, and sponge materials. This product is less expensive than virgin materials and contributes to waste reduction and resource utilization through recycling. Additionally, we also offer "CCC (Clean Cellulose Composite)" as an environmentally friendly product. For more details, please refer to the PDF materials. 【Features】 ■ Due to repeated drying and dissolution, it has lower solvent content and higher purity than virgin materials. ■ Monthly supply in ton orders is possible. ■ Less expensive than virgin materials. ■ SDGs-compliant product. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Impregnation sealant "PMS-50E"

Imparting waterproof and sealing properties to plastic molded products and sensor components. A sealing method different from potting and O-rings!

The "PMS-50E" is a sealant suitable for filling gaps in plastic molded products and gaps in products where sensors are molded with resin. Even if there are no gaps during molding, gaps can occur due to thermal shock during use, which can lead to larger gaps. It is also possible to suppress the occurrence and growth of such gaps. Additionally, "PMS-50E" has high chemical resistance, making it highly reliable even around engines and in oil. "PMS-50E" can also be applied to metal parts such as powder metallurgy and cast die-cast. In this case, it demonstrates superior performance in heat resistance, sealing properties, and chemical resistance compared to other impregnants we offer. 【Basic Physical Properties】 ■ Material Acrylic resin ■ Heat Resistance -40℃ to 204℃ 【Target Materials】 ■ Super engineering plastics such as PPS and PEEK ■ Engineering plastics such as PA6, PA66, POM, and PBT ■ Powder metallurgy ■ Castings ■ Die-cast ■ MIM ■ Pressed powders

Impregnating sealant "5100"

Seal the gaps inside the electric wires and wire harnesses. A new sealing method to replace O-rings and potting.

"5100" is a sealant suitable for sealing gaps inside electric wires, wire harnesses, and similar applications. It maintains flexibility even after curing, making it suitable for sealing gaps in molded parts of connectors and sensors. Have you ever experienced oil or humid air leaking through gaps inside a wire harness? Or have you encountered situations where the insulation was damaged during use, allowing water to enter? In such scenarios, our impregnating liquid "5100" demonstrates high reliability. Additionally, "5100" retains high flexibility even after curing. Due to the differences in thermal expansion coefficients between resin and metal molded products, gaps can significantly shift when subjected to thermal shock. Even in such cases, "5100" moves with the shifting gaps, helping to minimize their occurrence. 【Basic Properties】 ■Material Acrylic resin ■Heat Resistance -40℃ to 150℃ 【Target Materials】 ■Fluoropolymer wires ■Cross-linked polyethylene wires ■Super engineering plastics such as PPS and PEEK ■Engineering plastics such as PA6, PA66, POM, and PBT
